Case Processing Assistant

As a Case Processing Assistant you are required to do:

  1. Process clients profiles into the customized software the company uses (Caseeasy, Immifile etc)
  2. Co-ordinate with the clients in making the appointment as and when necessary
  3. Replying to the queries of the clients under the supervision of the immediate boss
  4. Help the CIC/RCIC in the daily affairs of the office
  5. Filling out the forms pertaining to the Canadian Immigration, TRVs, TRPs etc.
  6. Making the required reports as and when required
  7. Helping the CIC/RCIC setup the clients zoom meetings and taking notes
  8. Any other duties as assigned from time to time
  9. Willing to work in tight schedule and meet the deadlines under pressure

Experience Needed:

  1. You are required to have at least 1 to 2 years of working knowledge in an Canadian Immigration firm
  2. You must hold good command of written and spoken English (IELTS CLB 6 and above is ideal)
  3. Must have the education equivalent to Post Secondary level as per the Canadian standard
