We are looking for a Personal Care Provider – Home Care, who can start as soon as possible.

Nature of Employment: Permanent Full Time Position

Job Duties: Administer bedside and personal care, Provide companionship, Provide personal care, Assist with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Feed or assist in feeding, Administer medications, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Mend clothing and linens, Maintain a Safe a Healthy Environment in the home

Education required: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience required: 1 to less than 7 months

Tasks

Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff
Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers
Create new recipes
Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets
Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
