Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
Organize, activities such as games and outings for children
Prepare and serve nutritious meals

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and drafting of legal documents related to real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and closing documents.
  • Conduct due diligence and title searches to ensure clear property titles.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Manage and organize closing files, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
  • Schedule and coordinate real estate closings and attend closings as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of legal documents to regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Law Clerk.
  • Proficiency in real estate law and relevant legal procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in legal research and document preparation software.

Education:

  • 1-year college diploma in Law, or a related field.
