Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Financial Health Oversight: Uphold the financial well-being of the organization by regularly reviewing its financial status and progress. Engage with the operating management team to provide valuable suggestions and consultation for improved financial performance.
  • Supervision: Supervise financial and cost accounting processes, ensuring record-keeping and reporting in full compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Management: Recruit, select, and manage departmental employees, overseeing their training and performance evaluations to foster continuous improvement and personal development.
  • Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive and confidential information on a daily basis with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Adaptability: Remain current with advancements in technology and accounting software to leverage cutting-edge tools for financial purposes. Stay proactive in adapting to evolving industry standards.

 

Qualifications:
