Specific Skills:
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial and other establishments;
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts;
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines;
- Recruit, organize, train and manage staff;
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales;
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field;
- Plan and control budget and expenditures;
- Conduct performance reviews;
- Oversee payroll administration;
- Arrange training for staff;
- Ability to supervise 5-10 individuals.
