With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ethical sourcing, we’re looking for a dynamic Wholesale Purchasing Manager to take charge of our procurement strategy and vendor relationships as we continue to grow.

The Role

As our Wholesale Purchasing Manager, you’ll lead the charge in sourcing and securing top-tier uniform products at scale. You’ll play a key role in inventory planning, cost management, and supplier development, ensuring our supply chain remains efficient, ethical, and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale vendors and manufacturers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to optimize cost and quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs based on demand and sales trends.
  • Collaborate with product development and design teams to align sourcing with seasonal collections and client needs.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, pricing shifts, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure all purchases adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze supplier performance and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Education Requirements

  • Diploma in supply chain management, or international business management, or business administration.

Experience/Job Requirements

·       3+ years of experience in wholesale purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management — ideally in apparel, uniforms, or textiles.

·       5+ years of managerial skills

·       Demonstrated success in vendor negotiations, cost management, and inventory planning.

·       Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and SAP

·       Experience in international sourcing or logistics

·       Must have vehicle to report to work as there are NO public transportation available.

Job Duties:

·        Welcome and greet customers as they enter the convenience store and/or resturant.

·        Determine the price of goods and services, including snacks, drinks, coffee, lottery tickets, tobacco and calculate the total payment using an electronic cash register, optical price scanner, or other equipment.

·        Receive and process payments by cash, check, credit card, or automatic debit for purchases made at the gas station and convenience store.

·        Bag or wrap merchandise carefully for customers, ensuring safe and convenient handling of their purchases.

·        Provide customers with information about products, services, and store policies, including details about lottery tickets, tobacco products, and the propane section.

·        Calculate total payments received at the end of the work shift and reconcile them with the total sales to ensure accurate financial records.

·        Verify the age of customers when selling age-restricted items such as lottery tickets and tobacco products in compliance with legal requirements.

·        Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain a clean and organized checkout counter area to create a welcoming shopping environment.
