- Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and manage office administrative processes, reviewing, assessing, and implementing new methods.
- Set work priorities, assign tasks to office support staff, and ensure adherence to deadlines and procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks linked to admissions in post-secondary institutions.
- Oversee the application of policies and processes related to releasing records under government access to information and privacy laws.
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodations, relocations, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
- Perform analyses and manage administrative tasks related to budgeting, contracting, and project planning.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget, maintaining inventory, and ensuring budgetary controls.
- Collect data and compile regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- May supervise records management technicians and related staff.
