Job Description:

  • Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Order materials and supplies
  • Resolve work-related problems
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise the activities of production workers
  • Set up methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other units
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Coordinate and schedule the activities of production workers

 

Work Setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening, afternoon, or on the weekends.
