Responsibilities
Plan and organize daily operations
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
Determine staffing requirements
Evaluate daily operations
Manage staff and assign duties
Determine merchandise and services to be sold
Ensure proper storage and handling of perishable items to maintain quality
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts within the team
Monitor inventory levels to ensure shelves are always stocked with fresh products
