Job Description
The Office Services Coordinator at PEAK will play a vital role in managing office operations, ensuring efficient processes, and supporting various administrative functions. This role requires someone with an eye for detail, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance
  • Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks
  • Provide support to staff and facilitate communication across departments
  • Ensure familiarity with PEAK’s products, services, and NetSuite software to handle office operations efficiently

Qualifications

  • Diploma in science or nutrition would be an asset
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and NetSuite software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn about PEAK’s product range and services

Education:

Experience:

  • NetSuite: (required)

Tasks

  • Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Order merchandise
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
