Guest Service Supervisor

We are currently looking for a client-focused individual to fill the position of “Guest Service Supervisor” at our alternative medicine practitioner’s office, Natural Healing Services Inc.

Our natural healing services offers clients alternative medicine options with different traditional Indian Therapy such as Ayurveda, Kalari and yoga. The work setting is in an urban area.

We are looking for a unique candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in English with excellent oral communication skills and have a minimum of a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. We are also looking for a candidate who has minimum of two (2) years to less than three (3) years’ experience in a related position.

Candidates will have to assist clients and guests with special needs, and co-ordinate assign and review work. You will have to ensure smooth operation of computer system, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work. The candidate will have to resolve work related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports, as well as preparing requestion materials and supplies. You will have to perform the same duties as workers supervised.

The ideal candidate must be extremely client focused and accurate. The candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be organized. You must be a team player who is able to take initiative and be very dependable. The ideal candidate will be able to have flexibility and have good judgement.

Working conditions and physical capabilities include, working under pressure with tight deadlines and a meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate must be able to handle a large workload and the physical capabilities of having to stand for extended periods of time.

This is a permanent and full-time position requiring (37.5 hours/week) with an hourly pay of $23.00/hour. Youth, Indigenous people, and newcomers to Canada are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Supervision for this role includes 3-4 people at a time.

QE Automation Engineer

Ancile Canada Inc. is currently looking for 2 full time, permanent QE Automation Engineers to join their team as soon as possible.

 

Number of positions – 2

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide high-level test effort estimate

 

  • Create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases

 

  • Set up a test harness to test functionality

 

  • Automation feasibility study, development & maintenance of API, functional, integration and load/performance scripts across platforms

 

  • Build, deploy application & conduct manual and automated testing as per defined process

 

  • Report and follow up of defects found until closure

 

  • Analyze logs in order to understand the root causes of issues

 

  • Participate in agile ceremonies – standups, planning sessions and retrospectives

 

  • Perform automated nightly application regression & performance test

 

  • Functional/Integration/Production testing by leveraging CI/CD Pipeline

 

  • Work both independently and in close collaboration with others in the team and across the business to achieve quality & performance engineering goals

 

  • Bring the quality consciousness, test leadership and customer advocacy

 

  • Create and maintain HOWTOs and other materials for quality & performance engineering team

 

  • Knowledge Management/Retention – Cross training & documentation

 

  • Actively coach/mentor quality engineers

 

  • Publish KPIs & metrics, ensure process compliance

 

  • Onsite – Offshore co-ordination, if needed

 

Skills Required

  • Must be proficient in Java
  • Must have experience implementing automation frameworks – (Selenium WebDriver/Appium/TestNG/Junit)
  • Must have experience with performance testing tools to measure server & client-side metrics
  • Must have experience using Version control (GIT), SQL, CI/CD Tools (Jenkins), Build Tools (Maven, ANT, etc), Debugging Tools (Charles/Fiddler), Monitoring tools (New Relic), Agile Management Tool (JIRA), Test Management Tool (TestRail)
  • Any certification related to QA/Process/Automation/Performance Test

Salary: $34.00 per hour

 

Education Required

  • Completion of a college program in computer science, computer programming or network administration is required.

 

Experience Required

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field is required
