We have opening for Restaurant Manager at our “Tim Hortons” restaurant (Akropolis 5 Inc) located at 150 Holiday Inn drive, Cambridge, ON N3C 3T2. Our success can be attributed to the high level of service and value we provide to our customers. Job requirements
Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Duties:

·        Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

·        Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits

·        Monitor staff performance

·        Recruit staff

·        Set staff work schedules

·        Supervise staff

·        Train staff

·        Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

·        Conduct performance reviews

·        Organize and maintain inventory

·        Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·        Address customers’ complaints or concerns

·        Provide customer service

·        Supervision: 11 to 15 people

Employment conditions: Early Morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available, Night

Salary: CAD $37.50 per hour for 30 to 35 Hours per week  
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
Number of Positions: 1

Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS Access, MS office, MS Outlook
