Main Duties:

  • Sell fare tickets and package tours, travel products and travel insurance
  • Provide customers with travel information and other details such as regulations, duty free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions and special events
  • Calculate costs, process refunds and attend to other financial transactions
  • Attend to cancellations and schedule changes
  • Develop contact lists
  • Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing system
  • Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation and accommodation options and travel costs, and recommend suitable products
  • Investigate new travel areas, hotels and other amenities
  • Manage difficult situations with customers
  • Perform general office duties and advise for marketing materials content as per trend

Main Duties:

  • Post journal entries and perform bookkeeping tasks in different softwares
  • Prepare Financial Statements, reconcile accounts and maintain general ledges
  • Prepare, submit and complete payroll, tax remittances and WorkSafeBC reports
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Store, update and retrieve financial data
  • Sort, process and verify papers, receipts and other documents
  • Locate and remove files requested, Label files and filling documents according to retention and disposal schedules in a storage area
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Maintain and prepare other reports from manual or electronic files
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • Prepare invoices and bank deposits, writing cheques for payables
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing

 

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of college diploma from 1 year to 2 years

Experience: At least experience of 1 year in the related field
